Low friction conductive aluminum coating

I need to find a conductive coating for an extruded aluminum part. The coating must not scratch coated polyester film that passes over it. The part is used to cool the film that passes over it.

Electroless Nickel or an electroless nickel Teflon co-deposit should work well for your application.
