Stains on Nickel Plating

I have electro plated nickel aluminum parts that were modified. The modifications consisted of milling various areas, to remove the nickel coating. Touch up Alodine process was then used to treat the bare aluminum areas. I now have brown stains on the nickel. Is there a bright dip process I can use to remove these stains?
