-----Chrome horse
I want to check one thing. When people talk about chrome horse, do they refer to a motorbike? any motor bike? American custom bike? Harley Davidson? A Ferrari?
Thanks in advance,
José Estévez- Spain
Around here people don't talk about chrome horses all that much, José. The first and last time I heard the phrase was in Bob Dylan's "Like a Rolling Stone" from 1966. In that context it seemed to refer to a shiny expensive car. I imagine some groups like motorcycle riders may use the phrase to refer to their particular machines.
