Cost of aluminum fume treatment

Sir/ Madam,

Hello, I am a mech. engg. I am doing a postgraduate program in finance(charted financial analyst), these days I am doing a project on fume treatment plant for aluminium. I have to do the costing of the plant. Could you just give me pointers how do I go about doing it. (like the main components required , the cost of each component etc...), thanks.
