Rechroming plastic toys and models
Is there a simple at home method to re-plate the chrome on toys, such as wheels, using electrolytic baths?

Sorry, Chris, no there isn't a simple method to actually chrome plate them, but maybe "chrome-look paint" will do it for you. These toys weren't electroplated anyway, they were vacuum metallized with aluminum. Good luck.
