Electroplating project for science fair

Hello,

I am doing a project on electroplating for science fair. I want to use chemicals but I am not sure which ones to use and how to use them. Can you please tell me the procedure an the chemical I need for not a very complicated project. If there is no easy way tell me the complicated way using chemicals please.
