I am searching for the following paint products. Primer: Nextel-Primer 5523 Coating:Nextel Suede-Coating 3101. I wonder if "Nextel" is a paint manufacturer, or if these names is internal color standards for the company "Nextel".

It might help if you contact Red Spot - if memory serves Nextel suede is one of their brands. And when you contact them, let them know they should be advertising in Finishing.com...

Nextel is the brand name of optical paint from a company in Germany called Mankiweicz. They have different grade and Nextel suede 3101 is either optical black or white. This paint is well know for light scattering or diffusion in optical parts.

As for the response dates Nextel Suede is nothing new. It is however pretty new to the US. I have used the product and love it. I understand it is now on all the BMW automobiles and other European cars with a soft touch clear. What are some of the other applications you see it on?

Hi, Frank. I was able to very easily find the manufacturer with google, as it's the first hit for "Nextel Suede", and their website includes their distributors and sales offices, so I'm not understanding the issue. Good luck.
