Thermal Radiation Coating

Hello,

I Have been working on a Senior Project that involves finding a coating material that has high emmissivity and low absorptivity for use on a focal plane array on a satellite. We have devised an experiment to test a composite coating. In our experiments, I have not been successful in finding a coating material that are being used as a standard.

My question is: Is there such a coating.
