Hello, Debabrata. The "classic" book for anyone building PCBs is Coombs' Printed Circuits Handbook ⇦[this on Amazon affil links]. A good book on gold plating is Reid and Goldie's "Gold Plating Technology". You will find a number of good electroplating books reviewed on our "must-have" booklist. Good luck!
