Disposal of electropolishing waste

I am a chemical engineer. My job is to electropolish SS316L. I face problem regarding disposal of waste electrolyte solution. My electrolyte contain mixture of sulfuric and phosphoric acid. I don't want to recycle it. I have to dispose 2-3 litre solution per month.

In many parts of the world disposal is more a matter of law than opinion, so you first need to determine what laws govern the disposal where you are. If it is not illegal, you can neutralize this solution with an alkali and the metal will precipitate. For such a low volume, you can probably filter this solution with laboratory filters--the filtrate then will probably be suitable for discharge, and the filter papers can be collected for periodic disposal at a secure landfill.
