Stripping of Ivadized Aluminum

What is the best stripping solution for Ivadized aluminum from high strength steel? I have caustic, nitric acid, hydrochloric acid, sulfuric acid, Enstrip S/cyanide nickel strip.

Ivadizing is vapor deposition of pure aluminum, glass beaded and chromated. Any aluminum etchant solution should work just fine. Blasting with walnut shell media ⇦ on eBay or Amazon [affil link] works also, if I remember correctly. James Watts

Caustic will selectively remove the aluminium.
