-----FOR BRIGHT DIP, SHOULD I USE WATER?
Dear sirs,
I am bright dipping(phosphoric, nitric and sulfuric) some aluminum parts using a titanium rack. If I use aluminum racks I get a high specific gravity and even when I try to decrease it with phosphoric, the specific gravity increases rapidly. Should I use the phosphoric, nitric and WATER, when I bright dip with aluminum racks?
Regards,
Ricardo Brakarz- Rio de Janeiro
The Bright dip I've made consists of phosphoric, nitric, and yes, water.
