Nickel Chrome Plated ABS

I am having a problem passing CSA B125 Thermal Cycle Test, on Nickel-Chrome plated ABS plastic product. The failures are small blisters along the parting line. Please advise if you have any idea what is causing this problem, and if there is a solution.

Michael,

You will need to determine where the blisters are occurring in the plating cycle. Have a look at them under an eyeglass and describe their shape, when you take the top off one do they go back to the ABS or copper etc?
