Selective Copper Etch

I have very thick electroplated nickel structures on an electroplated sacrifial copper layer about 80 microns thick. I would like to know if there is a fast selective copper etch (i.e. will not etch/damage my nickel) that I can use to remove my sacrifical layer.

Use an ammoniacal stripper, these work very well and do not touch the nickel. Make sure the parts are clean and fully wetted then immerse in the room temp stripper. The stripping rate is .001-.003/Minute.
