high strength strip steels hydrogen embrittlement

I am looking for information (standards, tests, ...) about hydrogen embrittlement and delayed hydrogen rupture in carbon steels having tensile strength above 160 ksi (1100 MPa) after pickling and electro-galvanizing, particularly in flat products.

I am looking for information on hydrogen related cracking failures of AISI 4140 at HRC 35-40. In addition, I am interested in any information relating to the failure of high pressure gas cylinders (DOT 3T).
