Disc rebuild

I would like to know if there is a way of rebuilding brake discs/rotors with a ceramic spray or any other way. At the moment I skim the discs on the car but I would like to change the whole system.

Rotors could be flame sprayed and remachined, but rotors are so cheap, I doubt it would be worth it.
