Electroless tin plating over bright chrome plating

I want to have some information about electroless tin plating on brass parts. If we try to electroless tin plate a bright-chrome plated brass part, does the tin plating effect the chrome plate or does it only effect non plated internal surface of the part?

If you want to obtain bright tin finish you can directly go to immersion tin process without chrome over brass.
