A Patina On Stainless Steel

Does anyone have a treatment that will add a lead down spout like or other toned down like patina to Stainless Steel? Any acid treatment? Other? Thanks.

There is a proprietary anodizing process for stainless steel called 'Prismatic' that may do what you want. Ask B&M Finishers / Prismatic Stainless Steel [a finishing.com supporting advertiser] about it.
