Sticking titanium parts

I seem to be having a slight problem with sticking titanium parts. The titanium (6AL-4V) is washed, hot salt cleaned, solution treated, aged, and then hot salted again. It seems to be that the bump and run rates might be the reason the parts are sticking together, because the size of the parts have not seemed to be a significant factor in the sticking.

Has anyone out there had similar problems and come up with a solution?

I think galling of bare titanium is inherent, Sup. There are alkaline anodizing processes for its prevention. Please see AMS 2488
