Need finish for carbon steel hoppers

We are seeking a finish for our spun carbon steel material conveying vessels that is attractive, durable and low cost. Our volume of work is relatively high, so the process should be efficient. The vessels are between 6 and 25 inches in diameter and between 8 and 24 inches tall.

I don't fully understand the needs of your 'conveying vessels', but iron phosphatizing followed by epoxy or polyester paint is usually considered a low-cost but reasonable quality finish.

For what purpose are these vessels being used?
