1)what are the chemicals used in zinc phosphating, cleaners and passivation? Kindly give me complete details regarding base chemicals used in phosphating process and cleaners including the proportion of chemicals.

No can do, Mr. Laxminarayan. Here is the USA almost everyone uses proprietary (trade secret) formulations. If anyone cares to reference publications, that would be fine, but to give detailed formulations without attribution could violate patents or trade secrets.
