Solution Maintenance of Flux Bath in Galvanizing Process

Please advise the solution maintenance methods of Flux ( Aqueous ZnCl2 + NH4Cl) bath in hot dip Galvanizing(Zn) coatings on steel substrates.

For examples :

1. How to remove Iron impurites from bath?

2. Analysis way of salts in bath (Same as in Acid zinc electroplating solution?)

3. Flux bath's dump cycle decision?
