Solution Maintenance of Flux Bath in Galvanizing Process

Please advise the solution maintenance methods of Flux ( Aqueous ZnCl2 + NH4Cl) bath in hot dip Galvanizing(Zn) coatings on steel substrates.

For examples :

1. How to remove Iron impurites from bath?

2. Analysis way of salts in bath (Same as in Acid zinc electroplating solution?)

3. Flux bath's dump cycle decision?

Hi, folks. letters 31143, 41209, 48597 deal with contamination of galvanizing flux and may be helpful to you. Good luck.
