Anti-tarnish of Aluminum Surface

I am producing aluminum utensil products. I found after our pans with exterior polished, they will tarnish in a short time and become dull in color. Can any body teach me anti-tarnish methods to improve the surface ?

Your aluminum utensils must be anodized, Mr. Chiang.
