The volume contains 24 chapters on 23 different electrodeposited metals, hundreds of charts, tables, and photomicrographs, and thousands of references. Typically, it answers such questions as: how does a deposit of sulfamate nickel compare to Watt's nickel? What happens to the properties of the plate if I lower the bath temperature, or add a brightener, or increase the agitation?
