Metal Recovery from Electroplating Sludge

2001

Hi, I'm looking for vendors of commercial equipment for metal recovery from electroplating sludge. Anyone has information about this, please let me know. Thank you.

A. Hi Cattleeya. To my knowledge there is no commercial equipment for recovery of metals from electroplating sludge -- the problem being that the cost and chemicals for recovery exceed the value and volume of recovered metals.

A. Hi Cattleeya,

Where does the sludge originate? What process has it already gone through? What do you expect to recover? Have you had the sludge reliably Assayed?
