Titanium plating onto 3-D part printed from acrylic resin

I am researching the possibility of titanium plating 3 dimensional printed parts for the purpose of implants to the human body. The parts printed are made from Acrylic UV cured resin This material can withstand approximately 50° C. is this achievable with any method you know of?
