Mould texturising

Sir, I would like to know the details regarding texturising of moulds and the equipments-material details
I know how to etch designs, names, flowers, etc, whish will be having a minimum gap of 5.00 mm. but textures are very minute as far as 0.5 to 0.1 mm. please let me know the details
