ANODIZING TANK CONNECTIONS / SUPER COOLING

I AM PREPARING TO INSTALL A NEW CLEAR ANODIZING TANK AND WOULD LIKE TO PROTECT ALL THE ELECTRICAL CONNECTIONS FROM THE EFFECT OF THE H2SO4.

I HAVE TRIED VARIOUS SPRAY AND PAINT-ON PLASTIC PRODUCTS BUT STILL GET CORROSION UNDER AND IN THE MECHANICAL CONNECTIONS. ANY IDEAS?

QUESTION#2 IN MY HARD ANODIZING TANK I HAVE 10 TONS OF COOLING, 2 FIVE TON COMPRESSORS,DIRECT EXPANISION FREON..IT TAKES ABOUT 3 HOURS TO COOL DOWNTO 38 DEG. F.(1000 GALLONS).

HAS ANYONE USED LIQUID NITROGEN OR SOME OTHER GAS TO COOL A TANK MUCH FASTER, THE FREON CAN MAINTAIN THE TEMP.,BUT IT WOULD BE A BIG HELP TO BE ABLE TO CHILL DOWN MUCH FASTER. THANKS,LARRY COHEN
