-----Racking material for Nickel Sulphamate
We have just started a Nickel Sulphamate line. We are developing the racking for some parts now. What is the best material to use in building racks to avoid having to strip them after plating and at the same time maintain good conductivity?

Racking materials for nickel sulphamate are the same as for most other plating solutions, Jeff: copper splines, stainless steel tips, the whole thing plastisol coated. There are several companies who specialize in building plating racks and the investment is worth it. Good luck.
