Pretreatment plant design help required

Dear Sir,

I have been assigned the job of designing a spray pretreatment plant for Mild steel and al by my company. I have no past experience in this and have collected some details . If you have any resources and any known consultants online pl let me have the details. This will be appreciated and helpful.

You don't say what process this 'pretreatment' is preceding. But I think we can assume that you are interested in a phosphatizing line to precede painting? There are many vendors of prepackaged phosphatizing lines, and I think you would be better off buying a pre-engineered line rather than trying to design the last nut and bolt yourself since you admit to having no experience in it.
