Chrome paint and cellulose paint

Hi,

I am looking for advice on 2 matters. I want to know if there is a good paint for re-chroming ? I want to know if there is a good paint for hand painting a car, a cellulose paint ?

Try "Coach Finish". Available from most Auto Paint Suppliers. Works reasonably well, possibly better than a bad re-spray. Masking is a lot easier.
