-----How to make copper surface hydrophilic?
I am trying to apply a thin film of a water based latex dispersion (e.g. latex paint) on to a copper surface. I find that the dispersion tends to de-wet the surface resulting in a nonuniform coverage. Do you know of any solution that I can apply to the copper surface that would make it hydrophilic ?
Thanks,
