"Expert Opinion"

Although it's appreciated when readers show respect for another responder by referring to them as an expert, or requesting their "expert opinion", please recognize that the responder is NOT offering an "expert opinion" in this forum. Some contributors may have a lot of expertise, possibly even renown, in a particular subject ... but it is important to remember that nothing offered here is anything better than a free public attempt to be helpful.

"Expert opinion" has a legal meaning, and it invariably involves a compensated hands-on study of all aspects of a situation, not simply a reflexive reply. by someone with expertise to a selective, subjective, presentation of a question.
