Seeking electrolytic process for silicon plating

Q. Is there any electrolytic process for silicon plating available in the electroplating market? If anyone knows, please reply to me.

A. Hi, David. I have never heard of even an attempt to electroplate silicon onto a substrate. I doubt that it can be done via electroplating technology. You might see what a vacuum plating shop or supplier says though. Good luck.
