Will you please provide me with information about using Iron Phosphate as coating to prevent rusting and as pr pent preparation and the different between the using the Iron Phosphate and Zinc Phosphate coating. Also if you can send me further information about any products that can help in coating before panting to prevent rust and help for stable painting...

Iron phosphates are heavier coatings and mostly used for holding oil during running in.
Typical applications are gears,valve stems (on car engines for example).
Zinc phosphates are lighter (some can still be very heavy) and these go from oil holding (not so common heavy coat) to lighter coats used under paint to give the paint better adhesion (very good around damage for stopping the paint bubbling off).
