-----Test to Verify if Clear Chem Film Is On Al Substrate?
Does anyone know a test to verify the presence (or lack of) Clear Chem Film (per MIL-C-5541C, class 3) on a 3003 Aluminium plate? I am looking for a solution to place a drop on the part and visually tell if the coating was applied or is a good coating. If the coating is present, I do not want damage to the part.
