Is There a Plateable Brass Bonding Agent?

A client is currently using silver soldering to bond brass parts together and then plating with nickel. They are looking for something similar to JB Weld ⇦ on eBay or Amazon [affil link] that would adhere the parts but could also be plated. Needs to be effective between -40F and 120+F. Any ideas or suggestions are appreciated.
