Outdoor Copper Patina

Jax Green Patina

(2001)

I have an outdoor fountain that is covered in copper, about 8 sq ft. I want to give it a patina using green, blue. I would like to seal it afterwards. What chemicals will give it these colors. I live in Arizona so that the temp. can reach 110-120 in the summer. What can I use to seal it.

Lreon,

I found: ""Colouring, Bronzing & Patination of Metals" [link is to product info at Amazon]" by Richard Hughes & Michael Rowe. The book lists at $85 US. Good luck.
