Imaging onto Compound Curves (Helmet Shells)

What are the processes for imaging, masking, painting and finishing composite shell helmets in production quantities?

Is anyone involved in utilizing dye-sublimation for image transfer to compound curved surfaces such as helmet shells?

Hi, Daniel. I'm not involved in imaging onto helmets, but it would seem to me that water transfer would be the easiest and most appropriate way for irregular surfaces like this. Good luck.
