Bright Dip Dissolved Aluminum

I have a bright dip tank (sulfuric, nitric and phosphoric) , and would like to know the best quantity of dissolved aluminum that I should use and the best temperature.

Regarding fume suppressant, can someone inform the chemical that I should use and the quantity? Please remember that my company is in Brazil, and I should prepare my bright dip solution, I cannot buy a "ready to use".
