Nickel Plated Parts

I am refinishing an old boat and I have a few parts that are nickel plated. I was wondering how I could refinish or at least clean them up to make it look new again.

Thank you

AS LONG AS THEY ARE NOT PITTED THROUGH TO THE METAL. YOU CAN BRING THEM BACK UP TO A HY LUSTRE FINISH, IF YOU HAVE ACCESS TO A BUFFING MACHINE . OR TRY YOUR REGULAR POLISHING PASTEs, etc.
