Mass Plating of Small Components

I am running an electroplating plant in India. I would like to know about some of the processes used for mass electroplating(copper/nickel) of small plastic components such as buttons. Presently I do the process by putting the components on jigs, but that takes quite some time.

Dear Mr.Rahul,

If you want to plate the abs parts(buttons) in mass, you have to change your all system into barrel system line with special contacts inside the barrel. It will also take time, but with less workers in mass.

Mr. Kakkar

Have you heard of barrel plating? It's Cost Effective.
