-----Hexchrome, COD vs BOD Testing
I have found that in some wastewaters COD values are less than that of BOD values. This may be possible when conventional microbes are able to degrade the waste water better than the dichromate. Is it possible to enhance microbial action by selecting special microbes in other cases of waste water analysis to achieve higher BOD value than that of COD value of that waste water?
