I saw you are looking for Platinum bath composition. I also have same problem need plating information regarding platinum and couldn't find any yet. Could you please let me know if you have gathered any information about Platinum bath and platinum plating.

Platinum bath:
platinum chloride.......4 gm
sodium phosphate........100 gm
ammonium phosphate......20 gm
water...................1 lit
platinum anode, for copper, silver and gold!
