-----Nickel in Steel
I want to know Material composition of AA grade steel (Russian terminology). Specifically nickel content in it and effect of nickel content on steel (effect on its brittleness etc).

Utkarsh,
Re your Russian AA steel, heck, why would you ask about this in Finishing.Com when surely your local Russian embassy could get that information for you.... unless, of course, Finishing.Com has zillions of fluent-in-English Russian readers with a background in metals!
Brittleness! Surely never when you alloy Nickel with steel.
Try Henry Wiggin (Their main office may still be in the Millbank in London) who are owned by Brunner Mond who are owned by, I believe, INCO (or is it the other way around?). Wiggin make all, ALL, the (potent) nickel alloys. They will know more about nickel alloys than anyone else in the world.
