A-level Work on Effect of CuSO4 on the Reaction of H2O2 and Yeast.

I live in the Uk and am doing an A level piece of work on the effect of copper sulphate ⇦ on eBay or Amazon [affil link] on the reaction of yeast and hydrogen peroxide, and would find it helpful if anyone could give me any information of where to look to find out about this particular reaction.
