Fluorine Resin KH-21 & ZMC3

I have a requirement that calls for a KH-21 (Fluorine Resin) followed after a ZMC3 treatment. I believe the coating is from Asahi Chiyoda Kogyo Company Ltd. Does anybody have an address for this company.
