Plating on Tellurium Copper
Are there any suggestions to plating on Tellurium Copper? We have tried a variety of acids/dips (fluoboric included), peroxide and other processes, only to get a very "grainy" deposit. Sometimes we have peeling as well and have tried an acid copper, but have also had limited success. Most of the tellurium that we are getting in requires silver or gold plating. We have seen a rise in Tellurium of late, which I am sure is due to the Beryllium Copper shortage. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
