Tin Plating Over Aluminum in Barrel?

I want to plate tin over aluminum in barrel .that is possible? Actually we are running just in rack with the next precess zincate (3 times),copper strike (alkaline non-cyanide) and then bright tin plate but is slowly the production we want increase if is possible do it in barrel.

Thanks for your help!

We do it all the time. We process in baskets prior to the copper step. We make sure the barrel has contact, start with the barrel not rotating, then rotate slowly, then rinse and tin plate. If it works with a rack it should work with a barrel.

I have been doing some tests with tin plating process over aluminum (barrel) and almost all have failed. I have seen processes (barrel) that are successful, but mine doesn't work. I want to know if your pieces are rough or are they plane. I would like to see what kind of process do you have.

Jorge Luis Medina actualmente ya se procesa en barril el aluminio pero solo algunos tipos de aluminio hay algunos tubitos que son ponchados y esos no trabajan en barril solo en rack pero en cambio los que son vaciados esos si se procesan en barril.
