Roughness from CuNiCr
We recently started getting a lot of roughness from our Copper, nickel, Cr line. We plate on ABS/PC and pure ABS plastics. We have explored many options in trying to fix this problem. Any suggestions?

Harvey,
Have you isolated the problem to a particular part of the process?.If so which tank?.
You say you have explored many options, what have you tried and what were the results?.
When you say roughness, Is it shelf roughness?(on top of work). Is it on the work all day? Is the work clean in the morning and progressively gets worse? Is the roughness heavily concentrated or is it a few bits here and there on the work?
Give us as much information as you can. I'm sure the rest of the plating on plastic readers have experienced roughness at some stage and among us will be able to offer some ideas
